Horrible customer service. They sent my elderly mother home in tears with a whole bunch of sizes of bolts she did not need. They were not able to understand the simple concept that she needed different lengths of the same thread screw. They also had the arm chair to check the threads. The guy sent her home with not enough of what she needed and 40$ worth of other sizes just to be mean. They were being mean or just play stuborn. That's my take on the matter. Anyone who can't help a little old lady find bolts for a patio chair is a real winner. She is 70 years old!

While good service can’t undo a wrong it should be noted, over the years since this situation, they have done an outstanding job giving me bolts. My mother now deceased always thought me to be fair. Allen especially has been the definition of excellent in his service and willingness to be helpful.
